Finishing and Packaging
Mohit has been packing and loading socks for almost four years at a factory that offers all necessary facilities you would expect -- plus a beautiful green garden to enjoy. The factory is open to suggestions, and elections are held for employee representatives who partner with management on ways to keep the workforce happy and healthy. That includes general health and vision screenings for employees and family members.

Cut and Sew
For over three years, Abhisek has been cutting and sewing socks on a well-oiled team that manages to resolve production issues and meet supervisor targets. The factory goes above and beyond: He and his coworkers enjoy open communication with management. In addition to excellent sanitation and safety equipment, the facility promotes recycling and repurposing. One result -- using old plastic bottles to farm vegetables and flowers on the premises. The bounty is shared throughout the community.

Finishing and Packaging
Anita has worked to finish socks with embroideries and other decorations for over three years. Each day, she and her colleagues are briefed on targets before working together to complete orders and resolve issues. The facility, which is surrounded by gardens to enjoy, boasts state of the art safety equipment. Regular meetings with management are held to answer questions and discuss staff needs. These discussions have led to support for various local charities and, of course, free socks for employees and their families.
